The 2018 Para World Sailing Championships wrapped up September 22 at the Sheboygan Yacht Club in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. The week of sailing brought in various conditions, . The para sailors were able to complete their races, taking some of our CST athletes into the medals races on Saturday. 
 
While John McRoberts and Scott Lutes qualified for the final of the RS Venture Connect two days prior, the sailors we’re ready to compete on Saturday morning. After a full day of racing, the duo earned a spot on the podium claiming the bronze medal. John comments on their result, “It was a challenging week on many levels, it wasn’t what we hoped for, but it was a pleasure sailing with Scott and working with Ken Dool! Couldn’t of done it without them”
 
In the 2.4mR, CST members Bruce Millar and Paul Tingley stayed within the top 10 during the week, earning their spot in the medal races. Competing with some of the best, Bruce finished 8th overall followed by teammate Paul who came in 9th.
