NOD Draws Large Fleet to Ottawa

The 26th annual Nepean One Design Regatta at the Nepean Sailing Club in Ottawa welcomed 80 boats for the June weekend of racing and festivities. NOD is the National Capital Region’s premier one design sailing regatta welcoming keelboats and dinghies. An awesome time sailing finally happened after Mother Nature didn’t want to play nice.

The Regatta is annually open to C&C 27, J/22, J/24, J/80, Martin 16, 2.4mR, Shark, Tanzer 22, Viper 640, Albacore, Fireball, 420, 505, ILCA. As part of the action, NOD hosted the 2024 J/80 East Coast Championship, Fireball Canadian Championship, J/22 and C&C 27 Ontario Championship.
