Sail Canada just announced that dates have been set for the 2020 Women’s Keelboat Championships. The event will be held from Thursday, October 1 to Sunday, October 4 at Hudson Yacht Club in Hudson, QC.

There will be a day of training followed by three days of racing. Competition, last year held in Shark 24s, will this year take place in J/22s.

Hudson Yacht Club has a rich history of hosting high-quality events from Sail Canada’s Sail Central at the Fruitbowl Regatta to the J/22 and Etchells Canadian Championships.

The regatta organizers are challenging every club in Canada to try and get a team together to compete in the 2020 Women’s Keelboat Championships. This event is a great opportunity for not only the experienced racers but also an opportunity to encourage the female youth and dinghy sailors at your club to get involved in keelboat racing!

The hosts of the event are happy to provide assistance with finding charter boats and even additional crew members if needed!  For NOR and registration information click here
