North Sails has opened a new loft in Victoria, British Columbia. Spearheaded by local experts Stuart and Joy Dahlgren, and supported by their expert team of sailmakers, they seamlessly integrate into North Sails Canadian operations. Located on picturesque Vancouver Island, the new North loft, in the purpose built 5,700 square foot facility that until recently operated as a UK Sailmakers loft sits on the shores of Tsehum Harbour adjacent to Van Isle Marina.

“We look forward to continuing to foster the valuable relationships we’ve built within the sailing community. Excited about the positive changes ahead we are ready to exceed expectations by leveraging North’s cutting-edge technology and delivering unparalleled service to Vancouver Island sailors,” Stuart and Joy note.

Ross MacDonald, Olympic Silver medalist and North Sails expert, remarks, “It’s been a pleasure getting to know Joy and Stuart over the past 15 years.
