Many online club executives and interested sailors join Sail Canada and Gallagher Skipper’s Plan on June 21 at 7pm to take part in a discussion about Sail Canada’s insurance policies and what they insure for instructors and officials. Gallagher Skipper’s Plan addressed many of the questions you may have about your coverage as part of Sail Canada and what should fall under another policy.

On November 28, Sail Canada announced that the 2019 Sail Canada Youth Championships will take place at CORK International at Portsmouth Olympic Harbour (POH) in Kingston, Ontario.
This Sail Canada course is designed to provide structured training on best practices for hearing protests. Participants will act as judges and will conduct hearings in small groups under the watchful eyes of Canada’s senior judges.

After eight months away from international competition, in late October I travelled to Gdansk, Poland to compete at the European Championships where I finished in 6th place. It was great to see this summer’s training pay off and identify where to focus my efforts this winter. Now in quarantine, I am focusing on rest and recovery while planning out the next couple of months.
