PHRF-LO Spring Training Workshop

The annual PHRF-LO Spring Training Workshop has been set up for March 22 at the Cobourg Yacht Club. This workshop is open to all Handicappers, Certificate holders and Commodore of Sailing and will cover all the basics you need to better understand your handicap.

The Workshop will run from 10:00 am until 2:30 pm (with a break at 12:30 pm). This years seminar will be focused on the Novice Handicapper, Race Organizer, Scorer and Certificate Holders.
