Five Canadians at Opti World Championships

Five Canadians took part in the 2022 Arkas Optimist World Championshps in Bodrum, Turkey, June 29-July 6, and Andi Kinnear was the best Canadian with a 104th overall on a total of 273 sailors.

Sterling Ott took the 183rd position, Andrew Noriega, 196, Spencer Hrubant, 200, and Jack Gillis, 202.
